JBT never stands still when it comes to change and innovation. Our logistics control systems are continually reviewed to ensure our customers receive first class and punctual services. Across our cutting edge technology, we operate the Roadtech ‘Roadrunner’ system. This is our main operational system, and is an industry-leading piece of technology.
JBT is all about service delivery: the company runs state of the art systems for its mainstream operations and financial ledgers.
The Roadrunner modules handle:
- Traffic operations such as order processing; pricing; resource planning; despatch and delivery documentation
- Invoicing and sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Nominal ledger
- Warehousing
These modules are fully integrated. Our main processing and administration department is in Aberdeen, which use Kilostream and ISDN links to our depots. This greatly assists with customer service, with the depots responding instantly to on-line enquiries. JBT is also proud to employ the latest IT and software solutions across its business.
